This new studio building covers a footprint of thirty five square meters and is situated on a previously unused section of land in the backyard of an existing bungalow. Designed to blend harmoniously with the streetscape, the studio respects the character of the nearby villa and bungalow homes. Inside, it features a variety of spaces, including a double garage, bike workshop, office, gym, and an additional bedroom.
